Mental Health Awareness Campaign

This campaign was my creative project for my Self-Designed Graphic Design major at Lake Forest College. I chose to create a Mental Health Awareness Campaign for this project because I wanted to normalize talking about mental health struggles. I envisioned displaying this campaign on posters, at bus stops, on the L train banners, and on social media. I chose to display well-known athletes because athletes are put on a pedestal and are always supposed to be “perfect.” I wanted to highlight that even popular athletes struggle with their mental health and that nobody is perfect. It is okay to not be okay, but use your resources and get the help you deserve.
